Welcome to DSMedExpress. By using our website and our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
DSMedExpress provides medical courier and delivery services, including but not limited to:

Time-sensitive healthcare courier solutions
All services are provided based on availability, scheduling, and geographic coverage areas.
2. Service Scheduling & Delivery
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or by phone. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email or text.
We aim to provide timely delivery, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or emergencies. DSMedExpress is not liable for delays outside of our control.
3. Payment Terms
Clients will receive a price quote before services are rendered. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept credit/debit cards, invoicing for registered businesses, and offer membership plans. Late payments may result in service interruption.
4. Invoicing & Membership
Businesses opting for invoicing or membership billing will receive invoices according to the agreed payment schedule (Net 15 or Net 30). Late fees may apply after 5 business days past due.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, if applicable.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal health information (PHI) or sensitive data provided will be handled in compliance with HIPAA regulations and our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability Disclaimer
DSMedExpress is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by natural disasters, accidents, or events beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any improperly packaged items or items not declared at the time of booking.
8. Client Responsibilities

Ensure that all items are properly labeled, sealed, and ready for pickup.

Notify us immediately of any changes in pickup/delivery details.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
