At DSMedExpress, we are committed to delivering high-quality, reliable, and timely medical courier services. Each delivery request involves the allocation of time, resources, and personnel to ensure secure and compliant transport.

Refunds:

  • All confirmed bookings are considered final once service preparation begins.

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed or in-progress services where our time, fuel, and operational resources have been committed, even if delivery is canceled by the client.

  • Exceptions may be considered only in cases of proven service error on our part (e.g., missed delivery without prior notice), and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Rescheduling:

  • If you need to change your delivery date or time, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Disputes:

  • Any concerns regarding service quality should be submitted in writing to our support team within 48 hours of delivery completion.

  • We will review all claims thoroughly and respond promptly.
